Board members will respond to questions and concerns in 30 days. Emailing F1 Property Management is the best way to communicate back-and-forth with board members. Having written documentation and timestamps on everything helps keep things organized and progressing forward. F1 has a 24 hr emergency reply and 72 hr non emergency response time.
Board members request homeowners give at least 7 business day notice to address the board at monthly board meetings. This helps the board prepare necessary documents to help accurately address, concerns, and questions. All are encouraged to join monthly board meeting and quarterly round table discussions.
