Paradise Canyon Homeowners Association

We are located in St. George, a city in Southwestern Utah. Just off Snow Canyon Parkway, our development abuts the Red Cliffs Desert Tortoise Reserve, managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The Reserve boasts miles of hiking trails and desert scenery. Desert tortoises and numerous other desert critters can be found on many hiking trails. Paradise Canyon is split in the middle by Halfway Wash. This area is open to the public. The wash has a pedestrian and equestrian trail for public use. The trails lead from Snow Canyon Parkway to the Red Cliffs Desert Tortoise Reserve of BLM.

ABOUT OUR HOA

Paradise Canyon is privately owned and operated by its own association. Homeowners of Paradise Canyon make up the association, which is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the residents. It is administered by a property management company, which oversees the development’s daily operations and administers the CCRs. Despite the absence of gates, the community is well posted to prevent non-residents from trespassing.

APPLY FOR PARADISE CANYON HOA COMMITTEES (PCHOA)

Paradise Canyon is a large and beautiful community with so much to enjoy like easy access to pools, trails and common space.  The thing that makes our community special are the people.  With that in mind, we encourage community members to sign up for, and actively participate in, one of our working committees; to help promote a diversity of opinions, we ask that community members only volunteer for one working committee at a time.
